A member of the Georgia and Atlanta Bar Associations, Joseph "Joe" Neal Jr. draws upon more than 26 years of legal experience in his role as a trial attorney and owner of Neal Law. Since establishing the firm in 2000, Joseph R. Neal Jr. has won numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients, including the largest wrongful death settlement ever obtained against the city of Augusta in 2012 after a bitter 4 year battle.

Before establishing his firm, Joe Neal Jr. worked for the Neal, Skeen & Neal law firm. He began his career in 1993 as an Assistant District Attorney in Augusta, Georgia representing serious crime victims and the State of Georgia. Listed in the National Trial Lawyer's Top 100, he has also garnered accolades such as Top Lawyers of Georgia from 2014 to 2019, a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating, and an AVVO Client's Choice Award for Personal Injury.

In addition to his pursuits in the legal sector, Mr. Neal is a community leader who has several years of experience coaching football, soccer, and T-ball. He has also served stints as president of the Summerville Neighborhood Association and chairman of the St. John's Towers Advisory Board.
